Effective Date: March 3, 2026
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. If notice is provided less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Timely notice allows us to offer the time slot to other clients effectively.
Late & No Show
Late Arrivals: If you anticipate being late, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that appointments may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client’s schedule. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a “No-Show.”
No-Shows: The first time a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice, a $50 No-Show Fee will be charged. For subsequent no-shows, we will require the full cost of the service to be paid in advance when booking all future appointments.
Refund
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we generally do not offer refunds on services that have been completed, we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your experience. If you have any concerns or disputes regarding a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
We will first work directly with you to understand the situation and explore all reasonable options for resolution, which may include complimentary adjustments or re-performing the service. A refund will only be considered as a final measure if an amicable solution cannot be reached. Please note that gift cards, prepaid services, and policy fees (such as Late Cancellation or No-Show fees) are non-refundable.
